申请条件
非中国籍公民,身心健康
1.申请人应为非中国公民,持有有效外国护照。若申请人父母双方或一方为中国公民且居住在外国,申请人出生时应具有外国国籍,并持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明至少四年。此外,还需提供过去四年(截至2026年4月30日)在外国实际居住超过两年的记录。从中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾地区移民到国外并以国际学生身份申请的申请者,需参照上述要求。申请人须确保并承诺其不具有中华人民共和国国籍,并应按照学校要求提供相关证明,并知悉因国籍身份问题导致的一切后果(包括但不限于取消录取资格、开除学籍等)由申请人自行承担。
2.申请人应身心健康,无传染病且无影响正常学习的身体或精神疾患。符合申请学习签证的体检标准或在中国的居留许可要求。
学历和年龄要求
申请攻读学士学位者,应当具有高中毕业或同等学力,学习成绩优秀,年龄范围18-25周岁。(2001年8月31日后,2008年8月31日前出生)
语言要求
英文授课:
1.英语为母语或官方语言的,高中阶段授课语言为英语的,可免于提交英语能力证书。
2.母语为非英语的申请者须提供英语水平考试成绩证明扫描件(雅思、托福等,其中雅思不低于6.0,托福不低于75分),或提供其他同等证书以证明英语水平。
中文授课:
申请者须提供中文水平考试HSK4级(180分)及以上成绩证明。
成绩要求
1.平均绩点应达到 2.0/4、2.5/5或70%及以上。GPA制度或其他同等评分制度均可接受。申请人可提供其他学习能力或学业表现证明,如SAT、IB、A-LEVEL、区域高中统考成绩。
2.提供来华留学本科入学学业水平测试(CSCA)成绩单。
申请程序
1.参加华留学本科入学学业水平测试(CSCA),获取成绩单。
2.登录https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/ 在线填写新疆医科大学国际学生入学申请。
3.申请材料经学院审核,来华留学入学学业水平测试成绩、中文水平及其他申请材料达到我校录取标准者提交学校批准,并上报有关部门。
4.学校将以电子邮件形式向被录取者发放《录取通知书》及《外国留学人员来华确认表》(JW202表)。
5.须在截止日期前提交所有申请材料,逾期将不予处理。
注:在申请时请填写正确且唯一的电子邮箱地址,以确保申请人可及时收到相关通知如《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》(JW202表)
申请材料
1.护照扫描件(有效期大于6个月)。
现居住在中国大陆境内的申请人还需提供当前有效的签证页或居留许可页扫描件。
2.经公证的最高学历证明。若申请人为应届学生,须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
3.最高学历成绩单。(非中英文文本须附经公证的中文或英文译文)。
4.来华留学本科入学学业水平测试成绩单。
5.语言能力证明,参照申请条件中语言要求。
6.证件照(标准二寸)。
7.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明,通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。
8.《外国人体格检查表》扫描件(原件自行保存,此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制,须英文填写)。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期不少于 6 个月。
9.经济保证证明:本人或父母账户下近6个月银行流水。(余额不少于人民币35000元)
10.其他材料:可提供个人简历、才艺展示视频、各类获奖证书以及发表论文。
注:上述所有材料需为英文或中文版本,其他语言必须提交经公证的英文或中文翻译件。
入学考试
自本申请季起,申请人需提供来华留学本科入学学业水平测试(CSCA)成绩。
1.考试科目:医学中文、数学、化学
满分为 100 分,考试时间为 120 分钟。
2.考试日期
首次测试定于2025年12月21日进行,将于2025年11月开放报名,具体时间将通过官方网站(www.csca.cn)发布。自 2026 年起将常态化提供测试服务,每年5次,分别于1月、3月、4月、6月和12月进行。具体测试时间及安排将通过官方网站(www.csca.cn)发布。
未达到我校录取标准的申请者可申请预科项目。
根据实际情况,与考试相关的信息可能会进行调整,请关注官方网站(www.csca.cn)。
录取
1.国际教育学院将审核材料的完整性及真实性。报到时不能提供上述材料原件或经学校审核认定材料弄虚作假者或经身份核实非本人者以及逾期未报到者,取消其入学资格。入学后发现的,开除学籍。
2.收到预录取通知2周内,申请人须按通知要求预缴学费确认就读,否则视为放弃预录取资格。
3.申请人可通过国际学生管理系统 https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/站内信/邮件查看录取结果。
相关提示
1.外国留学人员来华确认表(JW202)为电子形式,学校将发送至申请人在申请系统中所填写的电子邮箱地址,请自行下载。学校不提供纸质版来华确认表(JW202)。
2.申请人在收到录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202 表)后,需向中国大使馆(总领事馆)申请中国留学签证(X),其他类型签证不予注册。申请时应提交以下材料:录取通知书、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202 表)、外国人体检记录原件及复印件、有效护照。
3.在申请期间,申请人应及时关注申请系统的审核状态以及个人邮箱信息。请务必及时回复本学院发出的邮件,并根据提示完善相关信息或补充相关材料。若申请人未能及时回复邮件,或未在规定时间内按照要求提交补充材料,由此产生的后果需自行承担。
4.不符合要求的申请材料,将不予受理;申请表中务必提供自己准确的电话号码和EMAIL地址。学校将通过电子邮件确认每项重要信息,通过电话或网络对申请人进行面试。学校可能会同时通过系统站内信进行提醒,但此提醒不能作为未收到邮件的免责依据。

Application Requirements
Non-Chinese citizen, in good physical and mental health
1.Applicants shall be of non-Chinese nationality and hold a valid foreign passport. They are required:
Applicants whose parents are both Chinese nationals or one parent is a Chinese national, both or one of whom have settled abroad, and who obtained foreign nationality at birth without holding Chinese nationality shall meet the following requirements to apply as international students: (1) possess a valid foreign passport or proof of nationality for at least four years (inclusive) by April 30, 2026; (2) have a documented history of residing in a foreign country for at least two cumulative years between May 1, 2021, and April 30, 2025.
Applicants from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan, who intend to apply as international students after immigrating and acquiring foreign nationality, shall follow above requirements.
The applicant must ensure and warrant that they do not hold citizenship of the People's Republic of China, and shall provide relevant supporting documents as required by the university. The applicant shall also be aware that any consequences arising from issues related to nationality status (including but not limited to revocation of admission eligibility, expulsion from the institution, etc.) shall be solely borne by the applicant
2.Applicants must be in good physical and mental health, free from infectious diseases and any physical or mental conditions that may affect normal studies. They must meet the health examination standards for applying for a student visa or residence permit in China.
Academic Qualifications and Age Requirements
Be an academically excellent holder of a High School’s degree or its equivalent within the age range of 18- 25 when applying for a Bachelor’s program(born after 2001, before August 31, 2008)
Language Requirements
English-taught Programs:
1.Applicants whose native language/official language is English, or whose high school instruction was in English, are exempt from submitting English proficiency certificates.
2.Applicants whose native language is not English must provide scanned copies of English proficiency test scores (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL; IELTS not less than 6.0, TOEFL not less than 75), or provide other equivalent certificates to prove English proficiency.
Chinese-taught Programs:
Applicants must provide an HSK Level 4 (score 180 or above) certificate.
Academic Performance Requirements
1. The average score of previous academic studies should be 70% or above, or GPA 2.0 (on a scale of 4.0) or above, or GPA 2.5 (on a scale of 5.0) or above. Applicants may provide other proofs of learning ability or academic performance, such as SAT, IB, A-LEVEL, or regional high school unified examination scores.
2. Provide the academic transcript of the Chinese Government Scholarship Undergraduate Program Admission Examination (CSCA).
Application Procedure
1.Take the Chinese Government Scholarship Undergraduate Program Admission Examination (CSCA) and obtain the score report.
2.Log in to https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/ to complete the Xinjiang Medical University International Student Application Form online.
3.Application materials will be reviewed by the college. Applicants whose CSCA test scores and language proficiency meet the university's admission standards will be submitted for university approval and reported to relevant departments.
4.The university will send the "Admission Notice" and "Visa Application Form for Study in China" (JW202 Form) to admitted students via email.
5.All application materials must be submitted before the deadline. Late applications will not be processed.
Note: Please provide a correct and unique email address during application to ensure timely receipt of relevant notifications such as the “Admission Notice” and “JW202 Form”.
Application Documents
1.Scanned copy of passport (valid for more than 6 months).
Applicants currently residing in Mainland of China must also provide a scanned copy of their current valid visa page or residence permit page.
2.Notarized copy of the highest education certificate. If the applicant is currently a student, a pre-graduation certificate or study certificate issued by the current school must be submitted.
3.Academic transcripts.
4.CSCA (College Student Candidate Ability Assessment) Test Score Report for Undergraduate International Student Admission.
5.Language proficiency proof, refer to language requirements in the Application Requirements.
6.2-inch ID E-photo.
7.Non-criminal record certificate. Applicants must submit a valid non-criminal record certificate issued by the local public security authorities, typically dated within 6 months prior to the application date.
8.Scanned copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (keep the original; this form is uniformly printed by Chinese health and quarantine authorities and must be completed in English). Applicants must strictly follow the required items on the form for the examination. Incomplete forms, forms without a photo/photo without a seam stamp, or forms without the doctor's and hospital's signature and stamp are invalid. The examination results must be valid for at least 6 months.
9.Proof of financial support: Bank statement for the last 6 months under the applicant's or parents' account. (Balance not less than RMB 35,000)
10.Other materials: Personal award certificates, published papers, etc.
Note: All the above materials must be in English or Chinese. Documents in other languages must be submitted with notarized English or Chinese translations.
CSCA Examination
Applicants are required to provide the CSCA (College Student Candidate Ability Assessment) test score for undergraduate international student admission.
1.Test Subjects: Medical Chinese, Mathematics, Chemistry.
Full score is 100 points. Test duration is 120 minutes.
2.Test Dates
(1) December 21, 2025. Registration will open in November 2025.
(2) For year 2026, the test will be regularly offered 5 times per year, in January, March, April, June, and December.
Applicants who do not meet the university's admission standards may apply for the preparatory program.
NOTES: Information related to the CSCA test may be adjusted based on actual circumstances. Please follow the official website (www.csca.cn).
Admission
1.The International Education College will review the completeness and authenticity of all application materials. Should an applicant fail to present the original documents upon registration, be found to have submitted fraudulent information, fail identity verification, or fail to complete registration by the specified deadline, their admission will be revoked. In cases where such violations are discovered after enrollment, the student will be subject to expulsion.
2. Upon receiving the pre-admission notice, applicants are required to remit the pre-payment of tuition fees to the designated account within two weeks, as specified in the email, to secure their placement. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of their provisional admission status.
3. Admission results will be announced through the International Student Management System (https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/) via system messages or email.
Reminder
1.The Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) is provided electronically. The university will send it to the email address provided in the application system. Please download it by yourself. The university will not provide a paper version of the JW202 form.
2.After receiving the Admission Notice and the JW202 Form, applicants need to apply for a Chinese student visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate. The following materials should be submitted: Admission Notice, JW202 Form, original and copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and valid passport.
3. During the application period, applicants should regularly check the review status in the application system and their personal email. It is essential to promptly reply to emails sent by the college and provide additional information or materials as requested. If an applicant fails to reply in a timely manner or does not submit the required supplementary materials within the specified period, they will be solely responsible for any consequences that may arise.
4. Incomplete or non-compliant application materials will not be processed. Applicants must provide accurate phone numbers and email addresses in the application form. The university will confirm all important information via email and conduct interviews by phone or online. System notifications may also be sent as reminders, but these will not be considered valid grounds for claiming non-receipt of emails.
