申请条件
1.申请人应为非中国公民,持有有效外国护照。若申请人父母双方或一方为中国公民且居住在外国,申请人出生时应具有外国国籍,并持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明至少四年。此外,还需提供过去四年(截至2026年4月30日)在外国实际居住超过两年的记录。从中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾地区移民到国外并以国际学生身份申请的申请者,需参照上述要求。申请人须确保并承诺其不具有中华人民共和国国籍,并应按照学校要求提供相关证明。
申请人应身心健康,无传染病且无影响正常学习的身体或精神疾患。符合申请学习签证的体检标准或在中国的居留许可要求。
2.年龄、学历和语言要求
申请攻读硕士学位者,应当具有学士学位或同等学力,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过35周岁;
申请攻读博士学位者,应当具有硕士学位或同等学历,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过40周岁;
申请以中文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者,申请者须提供中文水平考试HSK4级(180分)及以上成绩证明;曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的,无须提供《汉语水平考试》(HSK)证明,但须提供中文教学语言证明;
非英语母语者申请以英文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士、博士学位者,须提交以下材料之一:(1)托福(TOEFL)不低于75分, (2)雅思(IELTS)需达到 6.0分,(3)提供前序学位课程以英语授课的证明文件;母语为英语的申请人,可以免除提供上述英语水平证明;
3.成绩要求
平均绩点应达到 2.0/4、2.5/5或70%及以上。GPA制度或其他同等评分制度均可接受。
申请流程
第一步
登录“新疆医科大学国际学生入学申请”https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/,点击网上报名入口,点击注册按钮。注册成功后,填写申请信息;申请材料一经提交,申请人将无法修改信息。
第二步
学校初审:学校按照招生要求,对申请人资格进行初审,审核通过者可进入面试环节。
第三步
学校复审与面试:学校将组织专家复审,通过面试或笔试对申请人的学术能力、语言水平、教育背景、发展潜力等进行综合评审。
第四步
发放录取通知书:学校将以系统站内信或邮件形式对通过学校复审面试的申请人中择优发放录取通知书。
申请材料
1.护照扫描件(护照有效期应晚于2027年3月1日。)。
现居住在中国大陆境内的申请人还需提供当前有效的签证页或居留许可页扫描件。
2.经公证的最高学历证明。若申请人为应届学生,须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
3.最高学历学习成绩单。(非中英文文本须附经公证的中文或英文译文)。
4.2名副教授及以上的专家所提供的推荐信
5.申请人攻读硕士或博士学位研究生学习计划(请下载模版并完成填写)
6.导师接收函(请下载模版并联系导师填写)
7.语言能力证明,参照申请条件中语言要求。
8.证件照(标准二寸)。
9.经官方认证的奖项、科研成果(如有)
10.个人陈述、简历、才艺展示视频。(如有)
11.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明,通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。
12.《外国人体格检查表》扫描件(原件自行保存,此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制,须英文填写)。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期不少于 6 个月。
13.经济保证证明:本人或父母账户下近6个月银行流水。(余额不少于人民币35000元)
注:上述所有材料需为英文或中文版本,其他语言必须提交经公证的英文或中文翻译件。
录取
1.国际教育学院将审核材料的完整性及真实性。报到时不能提供上述材料原件或经学校审核认定材料弄虚作假者或经身份核实非本人者以及逾期未报到者,取消其入学资格。入学后发现的,开除学籍。
2.收到预录取通知2周内,申请人须按通知要求在邮件通知的指定账户预缴学费确认就读,否则视为放弃预录取资格。
3.申请人可通过国际学生管理系统 https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/ 站内信/邮件查看录取结果,并在邮箱内查收带有新疆医科大学国际教育学院公章的录取通知书。
相关提示
1.通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件,因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。
2.不符合要求的申请材料,将不予受理;申请表中务必提供自己准确的电话号码和EMAIL地址。学校将通过电子邮件确认每项重要信息,通过电话或网络对申请人进行面试。学校可能会同时通过系统站内信进行提醒,但此提醒不能作为未收到邮件的免责依据。
3.外国留学人员来华确认表(JW202)为电子形式,学校将发送至申请人在申请系统中所填写的电子邮箱地址,请自行下载。学校不提供纸质版来华确认表(JW202)。
4.申请人在收到录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202 表)后,需向中国大使馆(总领事馆)申请中国留学签证。申请时应提交以下材料:录取通知书、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202 表)、外国人体检记录原件及复印件、有效护照。
5.在申请期间,申请人应及时关注申请系统的审核状态以及个人邮箱信息。请务必及时回复本学院发出的邮件,并根据提示完善相关信息或补充相关材料。若申请人未能及时回复邮件,或未在规定时间内按照要求提交补充材料,由此产生的后果需自行承担。

Ⅰ.Application Requirements
1.Applicants shall be of non-Chinese nationality and hold a valid foreign passport. They are required:
Applicants whose parents are both Chinese nationals or one parent is a Chinese national, both or one of whom have settled abroad, and who obtained foreign nationality at birth without holding Chinese nationality shall meet the following requirements to apply as international students: (1) possess a valid foreign passport or proof of nationality for at least four years (inclusive) by April 30, 2026; (2) have a documented history of residing in a foreign country for at least two cumulative years between May 1, 2021, and April 30, 2025.
Applicants from the mainland of China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan, who intend to apply as international students after immigrating and acquiring foreign nationality, shall follow above requirements.
The applicant must ensure and warrant that they do not hold citizenship of the People's Republic of China, and shall provide relevant supporting documents as required by the university. The applicant shall also be aware that any consequences arising from issues related to nationality status (including but not limited to revocation of admission eligibility, expulsion from the institution, etc.) shall be solely borne by the applicant.
2.Applicants must be in good physical and mental health, free from infectious diseases and any physical or mental conditions that may affect normal studies. They must meet the health examination standards for applying for a student visa or residence permit in China.
3.Academic Qualifications and Age Requirements
Be an academically excellent holder of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 35 when applying for a Master’s program;
Be an academically excellent holder of a Master’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral program;
4.Language Proficiency Requirements:
①For Chinese-taught program: Applicants must provide an HSK Level 4 (score 180 or above) certificate. Applicants who complete their undergraduate study in Chinese are exempted from providing HSK Certificates, but with proof of Chinese as the instruction language.
② For English-taught program applicants:
·Applicants whose native language/official language is English, or whose previous instruction was in English, are exempt from submitting English proficiency certificates.
·Applicants whose native language is not English must provide scanned copies of English proficiency test scores (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL; IELTS not less than 6.0, TOEFL not less than 75), or provide other equivalent certificates to prove English proficiency.
5. Academic Performance Requirements
The average GPA should be at least 2.0(on a scale of 4.0), 2.5(on a scale of 5.0), or 70% or above. GPA systems or other equivalent grading systems are acceptable.
Ⅱ.Application Procedure
Step 1
Applicants should complete the Online Application at https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/. Applicants should fill in the application information, upload the application documents to the Online Application System. Please note that once submitted, the application materials cannot be modified.
Step 2
The university will preliminary review the applicant eligibility according to the enrollment requirements.
Step 3
Upon review by the university, eligible students will proceed to the interview stage which conduct by experts. The interview will primarily assess the student's comprehensive qualities and Chinese language proficiency.
Step 4
Issuance of Admission Notice: The university will send admission notices via system messages or email to the selected applicants who have successfully passed the interview.
Ⅲ.Application Documents
1. Scanned copy of passport (Passport expiry date should be later than March 1, 2027). Applicants currently residing in Mainland of China must also provide a scanned copy of their current valid visa or residence permit page.
2. Notarized Diploma and certificate of highest education. An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university;. 3. Academic transcripts.
4. Two recommendation letters from experts with the title of Associate Professor or higher.
5.Research proposal for Master's/Doctoral Degree.
6. Supervisor Acceptance Letter (Please download the template and contact a potential supervisor to complete).
7. Language proficiency proof, refer to the language requirements in the Application Requirements section.
8. 2-inch E-photo.
9. Officially certified awards, scientific research achievements (if any). 10. Personal Statement, Resume, Talent show video (if any). 11. Non-criminal record certificate. Applicants must submit a valid non-criminal record certificate issued by the local public security authorities, dated within 6 months prior to the application date in principle.
12. Scanned copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (The original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English and kept by the applicant). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of an attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months.
13. Proof of financial support: Bank statements for the last 6 months under the applicant's or parents' account (Balance not less than RMB 35,000).
Note:All the above materials must be in English or Chinese. Documents in other languages must be submitted with a notarized English or Chinese translation.
Ⅳ.Admission
1. The International Education College will review the completeness and authenticity of all application materials. Should an applicant fail to present the original documents upon registration, be found to have submitted fraudulent information, fail identity verification, or fail to complete registration by the specified deadline, their admission will be revoked. In cases where such violations are discovered after enrollment, the student will be subject to expulsion.
2. Upon receiving the pre-admission notice, applicants are required to remit the pre-payment of tuition fees to the designated account within two weeks, as specified in the email, to secure their placement. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of their provisional admission status.
3. Admission results will be announced through the International Student Management System (https://admission.xjmu.edu.cn/) via system messages or email. Admitted students will subsequently receive the official E-Admission Notice, which bears the official seal.
Ⅴ.Important Notes
1. Materials uploaded through the system must be clear, authentic, and valid. Consequences resulting from unclear or unidentifiable materials shall be borne by the applicant.
2. Non-compliant application materials will not be processed. Applicants must provide valid personal phone numbers and EMAIL addresses in the application form. The university will confirm important information via email and conduct interviews by phone or online. The university may also send reminders via system messages, but such reminders cannot be used as justification for not receiving emails.
3. The Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form) will be provided in electronic format. The university will send it to the email address provided by the applicant in the application system for download. The university does not provide paper versions of the JW202 Form.
4. After receiving the Admission Notice and the Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form), applicants must apply for a Chinese student visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. The following materials should be submitted during the visa application: the Admission Notice, the JW202 Form, the original and a copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Record, and a valid passport.
5. During the application period, applicants should regularly check the application status in the system and their personal email inbox. It is essential to promptly reply to emails from the College and provide supplementary information or materials as requested. Applicants shall bear all consequences resulting from failure to reply to emails promptly or to submit required supplementary materials within the specified timeframe.
